Westjet released it’s Christmas Miracle Campaign this week. Its goal was to get 200,000 YouTube views and donate some flights to families in need.
Passengers departing from Hamilton and Toronto bound for Calgary (Westjet’s HQ) were asked for their Christmas wishes by Santa via a large video monitor. When they landed the passengers waited patiently for their luggage but were instead surprised and overwhelmed in many cases to see their wishes coming down the conveyor belt.

As of this writing, in 5 days this video has had 22,778,033 views on YouTube. More than 100 times Westjet’s goal and making a lot of needy families very happy for the holidays. Westjet’s generosity has touched the world!
